Ancient Architecture of the Near East and Georgia: Interpretation Difficulties (in Georgian with English and Russian resumes)

"The essay provides a short overview of architectural monuments of the ancient Near East and Georgia and shows that in both cases whole range of problems exist, what are related to interpretation of them. As a conclusion it is argued that state of knowledge and understanding of the ancient Georgian architecture is in the same frame as a knowledge and understanding of the history of architecture of the Ancient Near East."
