The HACIMUSALAR Project : A Multidisciplinary Archaeological Project in Southwestern Turkey

"This web site is an experiment in the delivery of archaeological data from an excavation. The initial goal was to capture all data in digital format and make that data available to both researchers on the project and any interested individual. The collection of data in digital format began in 1998. With the exception of phasing and architectural plans, little data from previous seasons of excavation (1994-1997) have been converted into digital format. Even from 1998 onwards, not all data from the excavation could be captured in digital format. The photographic, animal bones, architectural plans and phasing data are, however, for all intents and purposes complete. "
