"The first issue of our newsletter, HALUKA ( the "message" in Hittite ), was first published in February 1997. From then on, three issues of HALUKA are being published each year, as regularly as possible.The electronic version of HALUKA is being offered freely but with at least a six months delay compared to the printed version. The latter can be obtained by subscribing to our association."
